This page explains what information MSJ Advertising collects through this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
MSJ Advertising is a digital marketing and advertising agency with offices in London (63 Fourth Ave, London E12 6DP) and Accra, Ghana (business registration BN170190221). When you use our contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to send: usually your name, email address, address, phone number and your message.
When you visit the site, our website host and any Google services we use (such as Google Analytics or Google AdSense) may collect basic technical information like your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and cookies. This helps us see how the site is used and keep it running.
We use your contact details only to reply to you, give you a quote and work with you if you become a client. We use technical information to keep the site secure, understand which pages are useful and, where ads are shown, to show them.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Your message passes through the companies that run our website and email, such as our website host (Nicepage) and our email provider. If ads or analytics are switched on, Google processes data as described in its own privacy policy. These companies may store data outside the UK or Ghana, with safeguards in place.
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. Our site may use cookies to work properly and, if enabled, for Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years so we can follow up on past conversations, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project and invoice records for as long as the law requires us to for tax and accounting.
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Just email hello@msjadvertising.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or the Data Protection Commission in Ghana.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
